The Automated Converting System, a four post hydraulic press, is our standard flat bed die cutting system and is available in a variety of platen sizes. Variations on the base press design include a wide range of material delivery systems, as well as ancillary devises such as part removal, part stacking, laminating, rewinding and slitting. All press systems can be integrated with our full line of accessories to save time, reduce die costs and improve material yields. These systems process material in both sheet and roll form and are ideal for processing gaskets, abrasives, pressure sensitive adhesives, filters, paper products, foams, among other materials.
