Commercial water loop refrigeration systems are designed to significantly improve the energy efficiency of supermarket refrigeration.

Instead of an air-blown condenser, a heat plate exchanger removes heat from the refrigeration system.

Hawco has developed a water loop condensing unit powered by a highly efficient Hitachi scroll compressor (available with variable speed Inverter technology and for use with R290).

Each self-contained condensing unit is easy to install with no brazing required. As a hermetically-sealed system, less refrigerant is required and the number of leaks are also reduced. With simple water connections, displays cases are also easy to move if the store layout is changed.
