The tissue paper machine is one of COPASA’s specialties.
COPASA has more than 35 years of experience in the paper sector. COPASA takes care of the entire project for the tissue paper factory, from civil engineering to the start-up of machinery and staff training. COPASA supplies complete machines for the manufacture of tissue paper as separate sections and complementary equipment to the existing plant.

Some of the tissue paper machinery that COPASA's customer can count on is:

– Crescent former or sheet forming machine, which guarantees low grammage and optimum paper sheet formation, with hydraulic inlet box. Perfect for the tissue paper factory section.

– Vacuum press with 1 or 2 vacuum chambers, diameter up to 1200mm, bronze or stainless steel jacket that allows working up to 120 kN / m of pressure. The most advanced coatings on the market are supplied.

– Bell and Yankee that allow an optimal performance in the ventilation of the paper mill. They combine high efficiency vapor and condensate system.

– Pope of different types: we supply modular popes, manual, semiautomatic and automatic, with or without coil stock finished with mandrels; with pneumatic or hydraulic performances. All designed to increase the efficiency of paper production, with a mandrel change without loss of production and constant control of winding pressure.

Hood & Yankee
For additional energy saving in production, we combine high-efficiency steam & condensate systems, which along with the aero-thermal facilities of hoods ventilation, we get an optimal performance for each individual case.

Crescent former
To meet current and future qualities of the tissue paper, we offer our CRESCENT FORMER units which ensure low grammages and optimal sheet formation. All units include
hydraulic headboxes.

Suction press
Suction presses with 1 or 2 vacuum chambers and diameters up to 1200 mm, with shells of bronze or stainless steel, able to work up to 120 kN/m pressures. We can supply the most advanced covering in the market, as per our experience.

Pope reel
Depending on your needs, we can supply modular pope reels: manual, semi-automatic, automatic, with or without storage of finished reel and spools. With pneumatic or hydraulic performances. The design increases efficiency of the paper production, with a spool change without production loss but with constant control of the winding pressure.
