Pressure Cooker Rice Payasam
Ingredients
2 ltrs boiled milk
10 dsp sugar
4 dsp Basmati rice
1 tsp cardamom, powdered
1 dsp cashewnuts minced fine
Preparation
Pour milk into a clean pressure cooker
Add sugar
Add cleaned rice to the milk, mix well and cook
After one whistle, lower flame and allow to simmer for 30 mins
When cooker cools, add cardamom and finely grated cashew
Serve hot
