I finally upgrade to a smaller upper pulley. Went from a 2.55" to a 2.35". The supercharger pulley hub on the car is a LPE (Lingenfelter) hub. I came across a forum where someone mentioned that Griptech makes a stainless steel 2.35" pulley for the LPE hub and would not require any grinding for clearance. Many of the earlier built LSA powered vehicles had LPE hubs, so that made it easy for me to pulley down in my case without having to change the hub.
I also went with a 100mm idler pulley that will help with obtaining more belt wrap around the upper pulley.
Katech had their manufacturer fix the 103mm throttle body (throttle position sensor was replaced) and installed that back on.
