We produce both glossy and matte finish laminate film rolls.
The matte finishing is usually double corona treated with a value up to 42 dynes, excellent performance to UV varnishing and hot stamping.
It is used to enhance the elegance of printed paper by heating lamination, especially when a brand is looking for a more impressive effect on the end-user consumptions.
Matte finish lamination film sees thickness from 18micron to 30micron, with a combination like 12BOPP+6EVA (18micron) or 15BOPP+10EVA (25micron).
