This week I start to install the restored door/window trims and the new floor skirting boards I bought that matches the original ones.
I also start to move in, revealing all the vintage furniture I bought for the guest living room. I try to buy as little new as possible, for budget reasons but also to stay true to the historic house and to be sustainable.
Don't miss when I carry the antique hard wood sofa down from the second floor and the stairs. What a workout!
