Lovely vocal UKG tune from back in 2005 from Artifact, a russian UK Garage producer who released a number of "From Russia With Dubs" EPs on Matt Jam Lamont's Solo Recordings. This one dropped on an unofficial white label and was rinsed on Vybe FM, Freeze FM, Subjam FM and many more.
