A few people suggested I get over 3000mhz RAM for my Ryzen 2700X build, so I reached out to G.Skill and they were nice enough to send a couple of sets for testing.
I'm new to this but I like to get hands-on testing to see how general performance goes. I know I could've just run a few benchmarks but these tests make more sense to me for what I care about.
Conclusion? Depends what you want (saw that coming). Yes, 3200Mhz is better but is it really worth the cost? If you're on a budget, I would say spend more on the CPU and GPU.
