South America is known for the Incas, colorful markets, the Andes Mountains, and also the famous buses where everyone happily crams in. The Buenos Aires-Lima route, one of the longest in the world at 5,000 km, crosses three countries: Argentina, Chile, and Peru. The bus on this route has been nicknamed El Rapido, although it travels at a slow pace. We board for a journey through majestic landscapes with regular or unexpected passengers, its drivers, and a restaurateur in the Atacama Desert.
