When I first watched these two videos from the way it has been shot at the same perspective, and that both locomotives were carrying each Long-Bell 3-Chimes, I decided to bring to two videos at once to show you all the comparison from both of these clips of how they resemble one another.
The Long-Bell whistle mounted on Pere Marquette 1225 is constructed by Hancock Inspirator, a company famous for their whistles that were talking about here, and this one is confirmed to be the original voice from the Norfolk & Western 611. The 611 whistle has been used as 1225's secondary whistle for several years since 2007-2019. Since December of 2019, the locomotive sported another whistle from a private collector, that also happens to be a Long-Bell 3-Chime but from a C&O Hudson.
The Long-Bell whistle mounted on Nickel Plate Road 765 is constructed by Nathan Manufacturing, a company that's also famous for building their 6-Chime and many train horns variations. This whistle whistle has been used on the locomotive in 2013, when it hauled the "Wabash Cannonball" trip when it was on it's way to St. Louis and back. The whistle is identified as a Nathan Manufacturing Long-Bell 3-Chime, while others referred to it as the "Wabash" whistle from this event. The Nathan whistle plays the notes mostly similar to the Hancock whistle, then I read this information that each of the Nathan whistle's chamber lengths are two inches longer than the Hancock.
