DJs, Get Your Hands on This All-Metal 4-Deck Traktor Controller!
Tactile control meets Traktor DJ software with the Numark 4TRAK. Giving you more than enough ways to get more of everything into the mix, the 4TRAK features a pair of large touch-sensitive platters for high-definition turntable control, a built-in four-channel mixer for hooking up any device, and Strip Search technology for locating track positions. Connect turntables, microphones, CD players, MP3 players, and more to the 4TRAK and work with any audio source you've got, and get complete control over your effects, filters, music library -- you name it. You don't even need to have your own copy of Traktor to reap all the benefits of this controller, as the Numark 4TRAK comes with Traktor 2 4TRAK Edition software.

Perform with 4 Decks -- From Traktor or Turntables
The 4TRAK's built-in mixer provides four decks of control. Use the fully independent mixer standalone or with a computer, and take advantage of all the I/O it has to offer: RCA inputs on each of the four channels, plus four line-level inputs with two switchable to phono and two switchable to mic. With the 4TRAK, you can work with just about any external music source and blend tracks from your software with tracks from your turntables, MP3 or CD player, and so forth. Because each channel sports an input selector, you can instantly transition between controlling Traktor's four decks and your external sources.

EZ-Access Effects Desk
Effects and filters are at your command with the FX Kommand Console, which puts the most-used parameters right where you need them. Using the FX Kommand Console, it's easy to adjust filters, layer effects, and mix and match them however you like. Its two decks of effects controls, FX1 and FX2, provide three assignable controls for effects, while four detented filter knobs for each of 4TRAK's four channels give you something solid to hold on to while you tweak your sound. Time division controls on each FX deck allow you to match effects to a track's BPM on the fly.

Find Any Point on a Track With Touch-Sensitive Strips
The 4TRAK might be the only piece of gear you own that puts a positive spin on the term 'strip search.' Useful rather than invasive, the controller's advanced Strip Search technology (virtual-needle-drop technology) enables you to use a touch strip on each deck to locate any point on a track and visually see what's up with the track's position, in real time.

2 Platters to Play
The first thing you notice when you eye the 4TRAK is its gleaming pair of touch-sensitive platters. Designed to provide precise, high-def turntable control, the large platters offer 3,600 ticks of resolution per rotation plus automatic adjustment of platter sensitivity for a tight, custom response to your touch. Encircling each platter are bright, bi-colored LEDs so you always know which deck you're controlling and its playback status.
