Mushrooms on Toast:
Thick Slice Sour Dough (or any bread of your preference, gluten-free would work just fine!)
1 Portabello Mushroom
Handful of Chestnut Mushrooms
Splash of Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Butter (1/2tbs reserved for buttering the bread)
Palmful of Parsley
Splash of Single Cream
Salt & Pepper
