Correction: Some Ba'ul items can be purchased via the Lobi currency store, not the dilithium store. The ship itself and the Sentry console that comes with the ship are still lockbox only it appears.
This is a quick video of the T6 science ship, the Ba'ul Sentry, which is a rare drop from the Angel's Wake lockbox. It might be available in some of the more general or combo-type lockboxes at some point.
