Several countries in #Europe have started easing #coronavirus restrictions, even though numbers of daily infections remain high. In Italy, restaurants, bars and cinemas are being partially reopened, as the parliament is set to start debating a major coronavirus recovery bill. The €221 billion investment and reform plan will mostly be financed by a special EU fund. Meanwhile, with tourism still at a standstill, one tour guide says she's been living off unemployment benefits and her personal savings for more than a year now, having worked just 16 days in total since March of 2020. #Business
