A simple, quick, tasty snack for a party or a sunday afternoon with friends
For a serving of 2-3 people:
2 large or 3 medium potatoes
shallots - chopped
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon of ground coriander
1/2 tablespoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of ground chilli powder
salt to taste
Mix oil and spices together
Coat each potato wedge well
and place on a baking tray
Bake in oven of 200 degrees celsius for 45-55 mins
Dipping sauce:
Sour cream
Sweet chilli sauce
Shallots to garnish
