Like musical genres, supply chain and purchasing terminology overlap and intermingle, and the result is that – especially when you're new – it gets confusing. You have to know it, but afterwards, you'll find that you can speak without precision and people still understand what you mean. That's what this video is about, but I use a restaurant as an analogue.
