Over 250 shops in Bra have recently adopted ShopCall, the new videocommerce platform that allows shoppers to visit local (and distant) stores by simply clicking on a link and entering into a videocall with the merchant. The merchant, in turn, can guide customers through a "live", in -person shopping experience, prepare the shopper's basket and sell by accepting payments with credit cards or cash on delivery.
With ShopCall, e-commerce becomes human and personal, without the costs and complications of an e-commerce store.
