Alleging that the policies implemented by the National Medical Commission (NMC) are discriminatory in nature, the National M.Sc Medical Teachers' Association (NMMTA) arranged a protest at Jantar Mantar on Monday i.e. August 21, 2023. Around 350 teachers from across the country gathered in the capital to protest against the "blatant discriminatory actions of the UG Board within the National Medical Commission (NMC)."
