Taleghani Park is one of the forest parks and places of interest in Tehran, which is located in the hills of Abbasabad. With its various attractions and facilities, this complex is an ideal option for spending hours in peace and breathing fresh air.
Walking on the pebbles of the park and hearing their sound makes you feel good, and in some parts of the park you can take a peek into the nature bridge through the trees.
Taleghani Park is one of the forest parks in Tehran, which is located in the hills of Abbasabad, Tehran. This park used to be agricultural land and part of it belonged to the Agricultural Bank. Then it was purchased by Abbasabad Renovation Company and its renovation plan was approved by the parliament in 1350 and was designed by English consulting engineer Louis Davis. The design, space construction and irrigation of this park started in 1977 with the advice of a Spanish engineering company and ended in 1981.
Taleghani Park was opened in 1982, but most of the changes in the last decade have been made in Taleghani Park. This park was connected to the water and fire park by constructing a nature bridge on the Modares highway.
The Holy Defense Museum Garden was built next to this park and the largest flag of Iran was placed in this park, which has an area of 1000 square meters.
