1. DEPALLETIZER & FEEDING TABLE: Automatic can picking by de-palletizer and empty cans feeding table.
2. 12 HEADS PRODUCT FILLER: 12 heads continuous rotary filling machine with capacity 30-320ml.
3. 12 HEADS VALVE INSERTER: 12 heads continuous rotary machine for insertion of 1’’ valves type on to the cans, inclusive valves feeder and elevator.
4. 12 HEADS VALVE CRIMPER: 12 heads continuous rotary machine for crimping 1’’ valves on to the cans.
5. 16 HEADS GAS FILLER: 16 heads automatic continuous rotary propellant filling machine through crimped valves. The machine is equipped with cylinders each one with capacity 30-400ml Machine needs to be set in gas filling room separately.
6. ACCUMULATION TABLE: Filled cans accumulation table.
7. INK-JET UNIT: Station to mount buyer’s ink-jet printer.
8. 12 HEADS ACTUATOR INSERTER: 12 heads automatic continuous rotary machine in standard execution in order to insert actuators onto the cans, inclusive of actuators feeder and elevator.
9. 12 HEADS CAP INSERTER: 12 heads automatic continuous rotary machine for insertion caps on cans, inclusive caps feeder and elevator.
10. CONVEYORS: Converyors in order to connect all units.
11. ELECTRIC CABINET: General electric cabinet for the unit.
12. SHRINK MACHINE: Full automatic over wrapped shrink packing machine with fire extinguisher system.
