SCP-239 is a small girl who was stolen at birth. She was taken by the scp foundation and forced into experiments dubbed "The Witch Project". The project was to use SCP-239's reality warping abilities to create containments for other SCPs. Sadly, the project was a failure and this is the story on how it all went wrong.
