Here's how to set a song as a custom ringtone on your Samsung Galaxy S23. This also applies to the other S23 phones; Samsung Galaxy S23+ and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
You might want to set your favorite song as a ringtone for your Samsung Galaxy S23. Luckily, you can do this on Galaxy S23. However, you need to have downloaded that song first on your phone so that you can set it as a custom tone.

To do this:
Download the song you'd like to use as a custom ringtone
Go to Settings
Tap on Sounds & Vibration
Tap on Ringtone
If you have a dual Samsung S23 phone, choose the SIM you'd like to set a custom ringtone for
Tap on the plus icon at the upper right corner of the screen
Scroll through the audio files and find your song.
Tap on the song to select it, then tap on Done in the upper right corner to confirm the changes
