Season Two of Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent returns with Toronto’s brightest detective duo: Detective Sergeants Henry Graff and Frankie Bateman. Each armed with their own unique set of investigative skills, they dissect each crime scene to psychologically profile their killer and elicit a confession. With the help of the Specialized Criminal Investigations Unit—their boss, Inspector Vivienne Holness, Deputy Crown Attorney Theo Forrester, pathologist Dr. Lucy Da Silva, and tech expert, Mark Yohannes—Graff and Bateman tackle the most high-profile homicides in the city. Our detectives see clues others may have missed and always solve even the toughest of cases. This season takes our detectives to a few of Toronto’s most iconic landmarks and is inspired by some of Canada’s most infamous headlines, as it delves into the lives of Torontonians from Etobicoke to Don Mills, exploring the complexities of family, love, money, and power in the city. Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent is an original adaptation of the Law & Order: Criminal Intent format, based on the legendary Law & Order global brand.
