Recipe:
2.5L of water
Blanched pork rib
1 big bunch of watercress (rinse/blanch away impurities)
Handful of red dates
1 carrot cut into small sizes
1 1/2 tsp salt
For stove:
Boil water, add in all of the ingredients. Boil for min 2 hrs.
For pressure cooker:
Using open lid function, boil the water, add in all the ingredients above. Close lid and switch to soup function. Let it run till it's done.
