June 21, 2015 - Before you all get riled up, a Beavertail is a pasty, flattened out in a similar shape to that of a beaver's tail, and then covered with various toppings, similar to a crepe. They're only really found in the tourist-trap parts of Canada, but that doesn't take away from the fact that they're delicious (and, clearly, so good for you.)
Chocolate and maple syrup - a good Canadian combo.
