G.Skill RipJaws Serie V An absolute triumph.
G.Skill RipJaws Serie V was an excellent surprise for me on my Tuf gaming B450m board. When activating the XMP profile, it worked out of the box. Then, I made the mistake of buying another one of these kits to upgrade from 16 to 32 GB of memory, so as a complete newbie, I installed the sticks, and then... BUM! XMP profile didn't work. After researching and contacting Gskill support, I learned that you mustn't mix memory Kits. Bummer. But by studying a bit more, all I had to do was to set the XMP profile on the Bios and use a higher voltage for the ram, and what a surprise... It worked! 32 BG at 3200hz cas16. Perfect. The system is stable as a rock and faster. Thanks, Gskill.
