Hey there and welcome! Today I am sharing an easy recipe for vegan blueberry muffins. I hope you like this video enough to give it a thumbs up and to hit that subscribe button and do not forget about tapping that notification bell so that you are notified each and every time I upload a new video.

Ingredients:

1 ½ c all-purpose flour
1 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c nondairy milk (I used almond milk)
¼ c vegetable oil
1-2 c frozen blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line muffin pan with liners. Mix all of the dry ingredients. Slowly stir in the wet ingredients (do not over mix.) Fold in the frozen blueberries. Use an ice cream scoop to fill liners. Bake for 25-30 minutes. *The last 5 minutes I like to top mine with vegan butter to make them golden. 😊

About my channel’s name, it’s funny but whenever someone offers me a vegan product or ask if I tried it and I respond “no” their response is always, “But it’s vegan,” as if I have tried every vegan food or would like to try every vegan food in the world. Another reason behind the name is a lot of people think that just because something is vegan it is considered healthy and that is so NOT the case. Well, that about sums it up.
