LIST OF INGREDIENTS FOR FISH ROLL DOUGH
Butter(165g)
Flour(375g)
milk flavour(1/ 2 table spoon)
Baking powder(1/2 table Spoon)
Eggs(2 large size)
water(85mls)

LIST OF INGREDIENTS FOR FISH SAUCE
Titus fish( any fish if your choice)
SPICES
Salts
curry and thyme
Grinded ginger and garlic
Shallots
Powdered black pepper
Seasoning cubes to your taste(2)
VEGETABLES
Shereded carrots
Cabbage
Green bell peppers
Chopped Onions
STEP 1
Boil your fish with salt for 10 minutes, after which, take out the bones and loosely separate it and set them aside .
STEP 2
Fry in vegetable oil chopped onions and vegetables, add spices, and stir until it's a bit dried. Then add in your fish and fry for a few minutes and set aside.
STEP 3
Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside. add water in bit and mix until firm.
Step 4
Divide your dough in two, take a portion, and roll till flat. Trim the edges, add your fish sauce to one end, and roll thrice. Cut out your fish roll with a pizza cutter or knife and divide them into two equal halves. Apply design if desired as shown in the video.
STEP 5
Bake your fish roll in an oven at 180 degrees/C for 20 to 30 minutes until slightly Brown
