80 grams besan (chickpea flour), about 1 cup
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon amchur (dried mango powder)
1¼ teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
8 arbi leaves (colocasia leaves)
1/2 cup oil for fry
