Ingredients:
-T-Bone style pork chops.
-2 tablespoons minced garlic.
-Half a cup of olive oil.
-Half of a shallot minced.
-Sprig of Thyme and Rosemary, pull the stems off.
-Salt and pepper to taste.
-Half of a shallot sliced.
-Orange and red bell pepper julianed.
Prep:
-Marinate the chops for 1 hour in oil, herb, shallot and garlic mix.
-Cook for 8 min at 375. Rotate chops and cook for anther 6-8 min at 375.
-Peppers and onions will cool under the chops in the basket grate.
-Let chops rest for 5 min.
-Enjoy.
