This version of Filipino Creamy Carbonara Recipe is a great dish that you can prepare for any occasion. Rich, creamy, and extremely delicious. It's quick and easy to cook too. It's about 30 minutes to complete this dish. Hope you can try making this for special gatherings and even on the Holidays.
TRY MY VERSION OF CREAMY TUNA PASTA

Here are the ingredients:
1 kilo pasta spaghetti
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large can evaporated milk, (370ml)
2 large pack all purpose Cream, (250ml)
1 Pack 70 grams cream of mushroom
1 pack sweet ham
1 large can mushroom
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
basil and grated cheese for garnish
FOR GARLIC BREAD
2 slices of bread
1 star margarine, garlic flavor
basil for garnish
Procedure:
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil, put salt and cook pasta according to the package instructions. Set aside.
2. Heat cooking oil in a pot, saute garlic and onion until softens.
3. Add-in chopped sweet ham for 2-4 minutes, add-in mushrooms and let it cook for 4 minutes.
4. Pour-in all-purpose cream, evaporated milk and cream of mushroom powder and pour-in water.
5. Add-in grated cheese, salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Let it simmer until sauce thickens.
6. Garnish with dried basil and grated cheese.
For the Garlic Bread.
1. Place a non stick pan into medium flame and give it a minute or so to heat up.
2. Spread garlic -flavored margarine into one side of the bread. Flip the sliced bread and do it on the other side.
3. Add some dried basil on top and slice it into two.
4. Serve with Pinoy-Style Carbonara and enjoy!
