Asif ali Santoo Khan is an international qawal. Student Of Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. He Performed all over the world 🌍.

Asif Ali Santoo Khan (born 2 February 1973) (Urdu:آسف ءلى سنت كن) is a Pakistani singer, primarily of Qawwali, a devotional music of the Mystical Sufis.
He is the grandson of Ustad Santoo Khan alias Mushtaq Ahmed and son of Ustad Manzoor Hussain and also the great grandson of legendary Qawwali singer Moula Baksh Qawaal.
In addition to Qawwali, he also performs ghazals and other light music. He is popular as a Hollywood Bollywood and Lollywood playback singer.
Early life
Asif Ali was born into a family of A Legendary Qawaal Santoo Khan whom the Maestro of Qawalli himself Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan honoured.Ustad Santoo Khan was dervish and had a vision towards his last days as to out of a family of nine grandsons who will take the reignes forward and thereafter a ceremony was performed and directly gave the title “Santoo Khan” to Asif Ali .
In the year 1985 Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan visited The Legendary Qawall Ustad Santoo Khan and whereby he felt a special bond with young Asif Ali Santoo Khan and thereafter Asif Ali Santoo Khan started developing a keen interest in the field of classical music qawaali.
In the year 1988 an unfortunate seperation of Ustad Santoo Khan when he left this world at an age of 120 years old. Then again Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan visited to pay his respect when Asif Ali Khan took a step forward in becoming the student of Ustad Nusrat Fateh Khan. Thereafter Asif Ali was held at very close position to his teacher since the honour for his lineage and mostly Asif Ali’s extraordinary passion to learn the extreme classical music.
Along with training from Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Asif Ali is also under the tutelage of his father Mazoor Hussain who has graduated linguistics in Arabic,Persian, Urdu and Punjabi also studied the Islamic laws and Hadeeth Shareef (Saying of Prophet Muhammed. Pbuh) and incoporating and imparting true knowledge into qawaali.
It is with this special combination which makes Asif Ali Santoo Khan an Artist above the rest.
