This is a sea food recipe it is delicious crispy ginger fish strip served with sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
Pomfret fish(strips) 6 pieces
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Egg 1 nos
All purpose flour ¾ cup
Bread crumbs ¾ cup
Oil To fry
Ginger(chopped) ½ tsp
Stock ½ cup
Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
Lime juice 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Salt
Corn flour 1 tsp1
METHOD:
1. Take a plate and add pomfret fish long strips pieces and coat it with soya sauce.
2. Again coat with beaten egg, later coat with all purpose flour at last coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry in oil.
3. Transfer into a serving plate and keep aside.
4. Heat 1 tbs oil in another pan ginger and saute it add stock, tomato ketchup, lime juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, corn flour dissolved in little water and mix nicely.
5. When the mixture becomes thick pour it on top of fried fish strips and garnish with spring onion green portio.
6. Now ginger fish strips are ready to serve.
