4. 这时候可以加入排骨了,继续翻炒,加1勺盐,2勺生抽,1勺蚝油,1勺白糖,少许老抽,爆一下均匀
5. 倒入啤酒以及泡香菇的水,翻炒均匀
6. 放入香菇,盖上盖子焖30分钟以上,注意酱汁的份量,最后倒入少许的淀粉水勾芡就可以出锅啦
