Every company wants to be the most personal bank, telco, retailer by 2010, 2012, 2015, 2018, 2020, 2022 and now 2025. But somehow, all that changes is the year by which we want to achieve that. The customer experience doesn't improve, the complexity behind the scenes only becomes more difficult to manage and the amount of money being wasted on new point solutions with a best of breed approach is very painful. Surely, there must be a different way to try and solve the 1-1 personalization problem?
