Yes, it's counter-intuitive, especially in the action oriented environment of do-do-do-do. Much of the world today is oriented around instant gratification. If we're not grabbed or if we don't find an answer in the first 3-seconds - we scroll on.
That's one of the reasons so many of us are feeling like we are meant for more but we just don't know what it is or what to do; not just we retired women or in midlife - young and old, male and female alike.
Many will not like my answer. But, it saved my life ...is saving my life. The answer isn't a one-and-done, but a process. Similar to the 12-step program for addiction, finding your authentic self and creating your life in alignment with that requires LIVING your life in alignment. Your living in alignment is never done - until it is.
BUT, before you can create your authentic life or live in alignment with your authentic self - you have to know what is (and is not) authentic.
