Unfortunately, in life, there are some relationships which break down and the hardest issue parents deal with is often "custody" of and access to children.
Our focus must always be settlement out of court whenever possible because we know that money spent on lawyers is money you won't have for your children's real needs in the future.

When looking at statistics, only 7 percent of children are placed in the custody of the father. Compare that to 80 percent of the time when children are placed in the mother’s custody. Is this trend changing? If yes, how fast and if no, why not?

Our belief at Dads Matter Too is that “Every child must have an equal right to both parents to give identify, love, guide, coach and correct”. Dad’s Matter Too believes that both parents are the foundation and a cornerstone in every child’s life.
