In July of 2021, the first ever Changemakers Series was released by Jim Shelvy and Larry Cohn of The Jim and Larry Team to benefit ReVitalize and the named changemakers. Changemakers21 was broadcast live over 3 consecutive nights and featured the stories of ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
In total, 45 everyday people who make an impact in the lives of so many others were highlighted and their stories were no longer untold.
This is the story of Clark Flatt, the founder of the Jason foundation. An organization committed to bringing about higher awareness of the "silent epidemic" of youth suicide.
Clark founded the Jason foundation too late to help his son, Jason. But in his words, he will work alongside you to save a neighbor, a neighbor's child or maybe even your child.
You are a Changemaker Clark Flatt, congratulations!
Changemakers was done in support of ReVitalize (a 501c3 nonprofit) to support these amazing people and to ensure that the organizations benefiting from Changemakers21 could continue to not only tell the stories, but to create new ones.

Clark is an inspiration to many including fellow changemaker, Larry Kindbom!
There are no statistics, no measuring stick and no analytics to tell you just how many lives Clark and Jason have saved. But if it's just one, especially if it's yours or someone you know, it was worth the long hours and the relentless dedication to bring about awareness and prevention.
Clark is an inspiration to so many people that know it and share it, but more importantly, he is a hero to so many more that may not ever say it but are here because of him.
About The Jason Foundation, from their website: Mission Statement: The Jason Foundation, Inc. (JFI) is dedicated to the prevention of the “Silent Epidemic” of youth suicide through educational and awareness programs that equip young people, educators/youth workers and parents with the tools and resources to help identify and assist at-risk youth.
JFI believes that awareness and education are the first steps to prevention. We want to establish a Triangle of Prevention by providing students, parents and teachers the tools and resources to help identify and help at-risk youth. This is accomplished through a curriculum unit for students and informational seminars for teachers and parents. The programs provide resources to accomplish this goal. The materials are easy to use and are intended to provide educational information. There is no intent to diagnose or treat suicidal ideation. JFI’s intention is to empower youth, educators and parents to help recognize when young people are in pain and know to get professional help involved as soon as possible. The Jason Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501c3.
