This creamed spinach pasta bake is a simple yet delicious meal that you can prepare with the ingredients you may already have on hand. I used large pasta shells in the recipe. Feel free to use the pasta you prefer.
Suggestion: If you like you can also add mushrooms to it. In that case, add the mushrooms before the spinach. Once the mushrooms release and soak up their juice add the spinach and cook it as instructed.

♨️ INGREDIENTS ♨️
-- For Boiling the Pasta --
500g large pasta shells
5L Water
1 tsp salt
Some sunflower oil
-- For Cooking the Spinach --
Drizzle sunflower oil
1 large size onion (chopped )
3 garlic cloves
200g baby spinach (chopped )
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
-- For the Béchamel sauce / White Sauce --
2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp butter
3 heaped tbsp all-purpose flour
3 cups milk (750ml)
2 tsp plant-based chicken stock powder
Some mozzarella cheese
Some paprika
