On Sept 1, crowds returned to Changi Airport's passenger terminals for the first time in more than three months. Terminals 1 and 3 were closed to the public from May 13 after a COVID-19 cluster broke out. Changi Airport Group said footfall is better than expected, adding that more than 80% of tenants at both terminals have reopened. While leisure travel has largely ground to a halt, visitors can still snap some holiday pictures at new destination photo spots. The airport is also offering free parking until Oct 10 to boost footfall.
