If you've ever wondered what the ESO PTS is, how to log into it, or why you might want to - here are your answers!

ERRATA: During the latest patch cycle (Update 40, 10-30-23), the PTS server did NOT switch back to the NA server for the last 2 weeks like I say in this video; it stayed on the EU server. I don't know if that's a new normal I missed, or an aberration - but it's a thing that can happen.
