There are two elephant reserves in the state of West Bengal.
They are :
Eastern Dooars Elephant Reserve
Mayurjharna Elephant Reserve

At present there are around 32 elephant reserves in India. The first elephant reserve was the Singhbhum Elephant Reserve of Jharkhand.
