Ingredients
Boiled potato - 2 big-sized, mashed
Poha/ Flattened rice - 1/2 cup
Ginger-green chilli paste - as required
Onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Salt - to taste
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder/Amchur - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour/Corn starch - 2 tablespoons
Coriander leaves - as required, finely chopped
Oil - as required
Instructions
-Wash the poha/flattened rice and strain the water. Keep it aside.
-In a bowl, add and mix well mashed potato, washed poha/flattened rice, ginger-green chilli paste, onion, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala, dry mango powder, and corn flour.
-Make small cutlets/tikkis from the mixture.
-Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a pan.
-Shallow fry the cutlets on a low to medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes on both the sides.
-Once they turn golden brown on both the sides, take them out.
-Delicious 'Poha Cutlet | Poha Tikki' is ready to be served.
Poha Cutlet | Poha Tikki is a delicious snack option using fewer ingredients. You just need poha/flattened rice, boiled potato, and some spices to make this Tikki. This does not take much preparation and cooking time. This is a perfect snack for your evening tea time. Not only kids but all family members will love this cutlet. So, try to make this snack at home and let us know your feedback.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
You can use other binding agents such as roasted besan, rice flour, or rava instead of cornflour.
You can give any desired shape to the tikki.
Add veggies of your choice, if you want.
Cook the cutlets on a low to medium flame to make them crispy.
