Karnataka government on Friday decided to hand over the probe of BJP youth leader Praveen Nettaru's murder to NIA
"Because Praveen's murder was committed by organized criminals and involved many states. It has been agreed to turn the matter over to the NIA as a result. The home department will release a statement, "Basavaraj Bommai, the chief minister of Karnataka, informed reporters this. Bommai said that a letter to Kerala authorities about this issue will be prepared after gathering all the facts. On Tuesday night, bike-borne attackers killed Nettaru. Two people who are believed to have connections to PFI and SDPI have so far been detained by the authorities.
Bommai reacted angrily when Siddaramaiah accused his administration of "deteriorating" peace and order in the state, claiming that the current administration has swiftly dealt with those responsible for the most recent deaths.
