Building a BRAND NEW CITY in a Different State – Nicolet Bay 19

Hello and welcome back to Nicolet Bay! In this episode, the Michigan side of Nicolet Bay is getting it's first city. Terry Brown, a proud, life-long Michigan that is frustrated that his state was split in two is going to bring some Michigan pride back to the area. He'll create his own version of a tourism destination in the area, though it won't exactly be Marquette Island.

We're create the bones of the city, designing the roadway layout, plan the land uses, and use Transfer Controller to ensure that services only serve the area - not Evergreen or Couillard Shores. We'll also discuss where we go from here...
