A 6-meter-tall yagura (stage) is set up at the venue, where traditional Bon Odori dances such as "Tokyo Ondo" and "Otsuka Monogatari Ondo" are performed. The festival attracts approximately 5,000 visitors each year, with increasing participation from international guests.
The food area features 9 vendors, and the "Children's Mini Festival" offers free activities such as shooting and ring toss.
