Prolific production designer Wynn Thomas shares his wisdom on the art and business of production design in this master class, courtesy of the The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

His film credits include Spike Lee’s She’s Gotta Have It, Ron Howard’s Cinderella Man, Barry Levinson’s Wag the Dog, and the pilot for ABC’s How to Get Away with Murder. Mr. Thomas is the first African-American production designer to become a member of the Art Director's Guild in Los Angeles, and the first African American nominated for the Art Director's Guild award for his design work on Tim Burton's Mars Attacks! He started his career designing sets for the theatre.
