A story of Italian and Lebanese cuisine. 
The junction of this union is the Italian chef Bovini: Married with Maya, Lebanese from where he learned all the gastronomic secrets; And the colleague manager Charbel, Lebanese as well, with whom he opened the restaurant

It all starts in Italy after culinary studies, in the mid-90s. Among the many Italian cities where chef Bovini worked to learn its flavours and customs. He arrived in the UAE on 2013, While the love of Lebanese cuisine was born together with the love of Maya, his wife, Lebanese from Beirut in fact. From this marriage is born Angelo, their son, or the fusion or junction of these two culinary pillars or better: BOVINI. One chef completely dedicated, for love and passion to The Italian & Lebanese Cusine. 

This is the restaurant or “Mathaam”(Arabic pronunciation) where you can enjoy whit authentic Lebanese and Italian Cusine.
 A FANTASTIC combination.
 You’ll feel the same taste of the HOMEY TASTY food.
