Listen up Cadets, I just received a transmission from Commander Bacara of the 21st. They’ve been dispatched to root out the Seps once and for all on Mygeeto.
I’m not going to lie to you. Bacara is tough, aggressive, and he demands a lot from his Marines who can perform in any climate. So if you want to serve alongside the best of the best, I need to know you’re ready. This 21 minute Total Body circuit will test you to make sure you can handle anything that’s thrown at you.
You don’t need anything for the workout. Just the weight of your body & a willingness to get the work done.
We’ve got 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest. Rest as you need between reps and know that you can always modify to work around injuries or pain.
Throughout the video I’ll be providing form tips leading into the exercises. Be sure to stick around to the end of the video for your cool down as well.
